“This ebook has all of the solutions,” exclaimed “Large Jim,” as he leafed through his Bible. Jim, a tough and difficult hydraulic engineer, had just stepped into a tremendous new world. He had just been converted. Instantly behind him lay an empty life of profanity and alcohol.

Jim had not heard the fashionable cavil that you may suppose “too highly” of the Bible. He had been blind and lost. Now he was saved and remodeled by God’s Phrase! It was the Written Phrase, the same because the Residing Phrase who had come from heaven to die for his sin.
In contrast to “Large Jim,” Dr. Haroldson, a high man in science, additionally heeded the decision of the Gospel. Vacationing at his country house, he strolled over to a nearby Bible conference one summer evening and there he heard the claims of Christ. God’s Holy Spirit spoke to the guts of this good man and that night he confessed his sin and invited Christ into his life.
